Youth Bible Study will be held tomorrow at 6:30 pm.  Topic: “To Forgive is Divine”, will come from Matthew 6:14-15.
 
Adult Bible Study will be held at 12 noon and 7 pm.  Are you like longsuffering like Jesus?  Please read 2 Peter 3:8-18. Join us and let us study together.
 
If you plan to attend the 5th District Annual Session next week, Tuesday, July 30th- Thursday, August 1st, please let me know by the end of the Worship Service this Sunday.
 
Let us continue to keep our bereaved families, our sick members convalescing at home and in Nursing Homes, those on our sick list, our world, and one another in our prayers.

Tomorrow,  I will continue the hybrid Sunday School for adults only.  Please log into our Mt. Zion Zoom account to attend Sunday School at 9:30 am. 
 
Tomorrow is Youth and Scholarship Sunday and you don’t want to miss this awesome experience.  Six of our youth who attended the Congress of Christian Education in Columbus, GA will recite their speeches for us tomorrow. 
Also, our Youth Day Speaker will be Sister Chyna Bright.  Please come out to support our Youth, as well as come prepared to support our Scholarship Ministry.  Please wear your Mt. Zion T-shirt or religious paraphernalia to show unity and support for our Youth.
 
Let us continue to pray for the Nix, Turner, Tucker, McDermott and other bereaved families.  Let us also continue to keep in prayer Deacon Harvey Swift, Minister Mia Buggs, our Chairman, Deacon Williams, Sister Helen Buggs, Sister Carroll, Sister Bryant, other sick members convalescing at home and in Nursing Homes, those on our sick list, our world, and one another.

Youth Church and Adult Sunday School will be held in the morning at 9:30. The lesson, “Continual Proclamation” will come from Psalm 71:12-21.
 
In an attempt again to make Sunday School available to all and on a trial basis, I will again have a hybrid Sunday School for adults only.  Please log into our Mt. Zion Zoom account to attend Sunday School, beginning in the morning at 9:30.  Continuation of this hybrid experience will be based on your interest and attendance.
 
At the Congress of Christian Education this past week, our 14 youth who attended, participated and were outstanding.  Mt. Zion- you would have been proud.  Let’s congratulate our Oratorical Contest winners in their perspective age groups:  Brother E. J. Turner, 1st place, Brother Jerome Slaton, 2nd place, Sister Melani Allen, 3rd place, and Brother C. J. Allen, 3rd place.  We also are grateful for our 10 adult delegates who attended and acted as chaperones for our youth.

Youth Church and Adult Sunday School will be held in the morning at 9:30. The lesson, “Ceaseless Love” will come from Lamentations 3:16-24.
 
Tomorrow is 1st Sunday; however, we will observe Communion tomorrow.  If you will not be worshipping with us in the Sanctuary, please prepare your elements to join us for the Lord’s Supper.
 
Joining us in Worship will be the Swift/Carr Family Reunion.
 
Let us pray for our Youth and 25 of our members including your Pastor, who will be traveling on Sunday to the General Missionary Baptist Convention Congress of Christian Education in Columbus, Ga., where 7 of our Youth will be participating in the Oratorical Contest.
 
Let us pray for Sister Betty Tucker in the passing of her niece, as well as Sister Brenda Nix in the passing of her Godmother.  Let us keep those families as well as Sister Angela McDermott and other bereaved families, Minister Mia Buggs, Sister Helen Buggs, our Chairman, Deacon Williams, other members who are sick and convalescing at home and in Nursing Homes, those on our sick list, our world, and one another in our prayers.
