Due to the expectant impending weather to include possible light snow, black ice, and slippery roads, Sunday Morning Worship Service will begin at 10:45.  However, services will be held virtually only.  Please remain home for safety purposes, but please Zoom in. The Sunday School Lesson, "Justice and Fairness" will come from: Exodus 23:1-12.

We want to honor our commitment to our full-time college students, Matthew and Savannah, and award their book scholarships for the Spring Semester. Let us give a generous offering above our tithes and offerings towards our scholarship fund.

Public Viewing and Visitation will be held tomorrow, Saturday, January 8th from 12-5pm only.

Watch Night Service- “A 22 Prayers and Communion Service- will be held on Friday Night, December 31st at 11:00pm.  Please join me- as we too bring in the New Year with our beverage of choice – but ours will represent the blood Jesus shed for each of us.  I still need volunteers who will be one of the 21 persons who will offer a brief prayer of God’s goodness for 2021.  I will conclude our Service with prayer number 22 at 12:01 2022- as we thank God for allowing us to see another year- even during an ongoing Pandemic.

Again, please join my wife and me in giving a love offering to our non-payroll members who have sacrificed this year and have come out to the Church during this Pandemic, as well as those who have given of their time and have offered a service to the Church throughout the year without being paid.  My wife and I gave last week and will give again this week- because I wholeheartedly feel our members deserve our love and kindness for the work they have done, which has benefited all of us.  Please give generously tomorrow so we can bless them.
Again, as posted on the doors of the Church- you must wear a mask upon entering the Church or greeting when you exit your cars.

Our final 5th District meeting of this year will be held tonight at 7pm.  Please join us- the meeting tonight will be helpful.  Specifically, we will have a medical expert- a physician of Internal Medicine, to give us updates on COVID-19 and both the Delta and Omicron variances.  We will also have a non-profit organization who will share with us their availability to offer us COVID testing, and the vaccines, as well as the booster.  Same Zoom log in and call in information is the same one we use on Sunday Worship and Bible Study.  

Our Youth Bible Study will be held tomorrow at 6:30pm.  Lesson: "Jesus - Our Perfect Gift" - which comes from: John 3:16.  Adult Bible Study will be held tomorrow at 12Noon and 7pm.  The topic will continue from Jeremiah 31:28-30- "Is your destiny always God's perfect will for your life."  Please join us.
 
Let us continue to pray for our Chairman Deacon Williams and Dr. Williams, Bro. Nathaniel Thompson- who has been hospitalized, other sick members who may be convalescing at home, our bereaved families, as well as one another.

Because of your love for God’s Word in Matthew 25, to feed and clothe the Hungry and your financial giving towards this effort, we will go out and feed at least 300 of our Homeless Brothers, Sisters, and children in the morning, as well as provide warm socks.  If you plan to go with us, please be at the Church at 8:30am.
